For Your Convenience:
We realize in your rush to be at your appointment on time, you may want to freshen up before your appointment. We now have disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste available compliments of Dr. Konen and Dr. Ganshert.
 
For your comfort our office supplies DVD movies to watch or CD’s to listen to during your visit so don’t forget to bring your headphones along with you.

Appointments:
An appointment with Downtown Family Dental means that we have set aside time especially for you and your needs. We appreciate you keeping your appointments at the time scheduled. If for any reason you need to reschedule your appointment, please call us 24 hours in advance. This helps us meet the needs of all our patients in the best way possible.

Referrals:
The nicest compliment you can give us is through your referrals of family and friends. If someone you know needs dental care, have them call us to set up an initial exam with either Dr. Konen or Dr. Ganshert.

Emergencies
With regular dental visits and proper home care, the chance of developing a serious tooth problem is relatively small. Unfortunately, dental emergencies sometimes do occur and need to be addressed immediately. We will make every effort to accommodate you as soon as possible, often on the same day.

Protect your smile.
If you participate in any sporting events the American Dental Association and the Academy for Sports Dentistry recommend that you wear a properly fitted mouthguard. Dr.'s Konen and
Ganshert work toward improving and protecting athletes’ smiles. As a courtesy, if you are a patient (high school age or younger) and participate in sports our Doctors will make a custom-made mouthguard at no cost. A custom-made mouthguard is individually designed and constructed in the dental office. Call our office for details.
