Dental treatment is an excellent investment in an individual’s medical and psychological
well-being. Financial considerations should not be an obstacle in obtaining this important health service. Being sensitive to the fact that different people have different needs in fulfilling their financial obligations, Downtown Family Dental of Baraboo provides several payment options.
Option #1: Cash or Check
We offer a 5% discount when payment is received in full on the day of service.
Option #2: Mastercard, Visa, Discover
Option #3: CareCredit (click here to apply)
CareCredit is a loan-based plan that offers you free financing for 6 or 12 months depending on your balance. They also offer an extended plan for larger treatment plans, however, there is a finance charge.
Insurance:
Our office accepts most dental insurance programs. Insurance can be very confusing. Our goal is to help in maximizing your benefits, but your insurance contract is between your employer and the insurance carrier. We are a third party.
As a courtesy, immediately following your appointment, we prepare your insurance claim for same-day filing. In addition to filing your claim, we ask you for your estimated co-payment. Please understand that this is only an estimate, and is based upon information available to us. By paying your co-payment at the time of your visit, we all save time and money on billing and mailing. Thank you for paying at the time of service!
